Updating Your Office Fees

If you routinely update your office fees the first of every year, now is the time to start the process. Not much preparation is involved if you don't participate in any insurance plans. If you participate in plans that expect you to file your fees with them and they build a personal schedule for you off of that information, then make sure you submit early enough to pass through their evaluation/approval process. They usually won't pay using those fees until they're loaded into their system. Make sure you receive a letter of confirmation before implementing your new office schedule.
